2024 Final Dividend Timetable

Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the professional services group, announces that, further to the announcement on 16 July 2024 of the Group's audited results for the year ended 30 April 2024, the proposed final dividend of 6.2p per share, giving a total dividend for the year of 9.5p per share for FY2024 was approved by shareholders at the Group's Annual General Meeting held on 23 September 2024.

The final dividend will be paid on 8 November 2024 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 11 October 2024.  The shares will go ex-dividend on 10 October 2024.
