Gateley (AIM:GTLY), the professional services group, announces that it has been notified that the Company's incoming Non-Executive Director, David Wilton, purchased 36,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 January 2024 at an average price of 142 pence per share.
Following the transaction, David Wilton's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total of 36,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
