Gateley (AIM:GTLY), a leading national full-service commercial law firm, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at  12.30pm on 21 September 2016 at One Eleven Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ.

Following the announcement of its preliminary results for the financial year ended 30 April 2016 on 19 July 2016, the Group's Annual Report and Accounts and notice of AGM have now been posted to shareholders.
