Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. ( “ tgs ” ), in order to report that tgs ’ Board of Directors approved the Offer submitted by SACDE Sociedad Argentina de Construcción y Desarrollo S.A. within the framework of the bid for the award of the assembly and construction of the extension of Vaca Muerta Pipeline (North Tranche El Trapial – Los Toldos) (the “ Offer ” ).

Prior to approval of the Agreement, TGS Audit Committee was asked to issue a report in compliance with Capital Markets Act no. 26,831. The Audit Committee concluded that the terms of the procurement can reasonably be deemed to be entered into on an arm ’ s length basis as of the date of submittal of the report.
