Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS” or the “Company”), in order to report the death of Mr. Gerardo Prieto, who had been appointed Regular Statutory Auditor at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 11, 2019 (the 2019 Annual Meeting).

In his replacement, Mr. Agustín Griffi will fill in the position of Regular Statutory Auditor until the next Shareholders’ Meeting that will consider the Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2019. Mr. Griffi had been appointed Alternate Statutory Auditor at the 2019 Annual Meeting.
