The purpose hereof is to inform you -pursuant to the requirements of the regulations under the United States Securities and Exchange Act- that TGS’ Board of Directors approved the cancellation of the listing of the Series no. 2 Notes for an aggregate principal amount of US$150,000,000 issued under the US$500,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Program, issue date April 25, 2000, maturity date 25 April, 2003.
