Ref. Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS”)

Dear Sirs,

The purpose hereof is to inform you -pursuant to the requirements of the regulations under the United States Securities and Exchange Act- that today TGS’ Technical Operator (Petrobras Argentina S.A.) agreed to our proposal for the rendering of Technical Assistance Services for a three-year period, under the terms and conditions of TGS’ Transportation License.

The proposal put forward by TGS was based on the authorization given by the Board of Directors to the Management in the meeting held on November 14, 2011 to request the rendering of said Services to the current Operator.
