Dear Sirs,

The purpose hereof is to inform you, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations promulgated under the United States Securities and Exchange Act, that Mr. Nicolás Martín Mordeglia –appointed Statutory Auditor in the Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 16, 2010- submitted his resignation effective July 31, 2010, owing to his appointment as Legal Affairs Vice-President of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. as of August 2, 2010. Mr. Claudio Norberto Vazquez has been elected Statutory Auditor in replacement. The Board of Directors’ meeting held yesterday learned about the new composition of the Statutory Audit Committee.
