Dear Sirs,

The purpose hereof is to inform you -in accordance with the requirements of the regulations under the United States Securities and Exchange Act- that the Company has filed an injunction against the Gas Regulatory Body (ENARGAS) and the Coordination and Management Control Undersecretariat (under the scope of the Ministry of Federal Planning, Public Investment and Services) in order to obtain the implementation of the Tariff Chart of the Natural Gas Transportation Service which includes the 20% adjustment stipulated in the Transitory Agreement entered into on October 8, 2008 between TGS and the Renegotiation Unit (UNIREN), and ratified by Decree no. 1918/2009.
