The purpose hereof is to inform you that a court of appeals (Sala C de la Cámara de Apelaciones en lo Comercial de la Capital Federal) -within the proceedings entitled “Compañía de Inversiones de Energía S.A. (CIESA) c/ AEI s/ Pedido de Quiebra”Expte. N° 95041- has dismissed the bankruptcy petition against our main shareholder -Compañía de Inversiones de Energía S.A. (CIESA)- filed by AEI in March 2009 .
