We address you in connection with Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. Board of Directors’ meeting held on January 4, 2007, in order to inform you that in said meeting the Board set the terms and conditions of the new program for the issuance and reissuance of notes to be created in a maximum aggregate amount of US$650,000,000 (US Dollars Six Hundred and Fifty Million), or its equivalent in other currencies at any time, in accordance with Comisión Nacional de Valores regulations and with the delegation as authorized by the Company’s Special Meeting held on December 21, 2006.
