The purpose hereof is to inform you -in compliance with the regulations in force- about the resignation of Mr. Eduardo Pawluszek to the position of CFO to TGS due to personal reasons, effective September 3, 2007. In replacement, our CEO has appointed Mr. Gonzalo Castro Olivera.
