Gas Plus S.p.A.: updated 2020 financial calendar

Milan, 27 March 2020 – pursuant to Section 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b), of the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Markets Rules ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), Gas Plus S.p.A informs about the updating of the 2020 financial calendar, published on 29 January 2020. The Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2019 set for 30 march 2020 is postponed to 14 April 2020. Therefore, the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2019 set for 11 May 2020 is postponed to 26 May 2020.

The updating of the 2020 financial calendar is due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemiological emergency and to the relevant measures adopted by the Italian Presidential Decree and Law Decree in order to safeguard the public health, which consequentially implied operational and organizational difficulties on the ordinary activities.

The company will convene the meetings in compliance with the law and regulatory provisions, and their relevant requirements.

14	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and
April:	consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2019
26 May:	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2019 (sole call)
6	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30
August:	June 2020

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned Board of Directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.
