Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, inter alia,

1. Approval of the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results along with its Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2024, as required under Regulation 33(3);

2. to consider declaration of interim dividend.

3. To take any other item with the permission of chair and the majority of Directors.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is remain closed up to 48 hours of declaration of the said results for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code and the same has been informed to them.
