BOTANICCA 7 AND 9 SALE UPDATE – UNCONDITIONAL

The contract for the sale of the Botanicca 7 and 9 office buildings is now unconditional.

The properties are being sold for $80 million with settlement scheduled for 31 January 2024, but not later than 5 February 2024.

Net sale proceeds will be applied to variable rate senior debt reduction.

GARDA’s interim financial results will be released on Thursday 8 February 2024.
