SETTLEMENT - PINNACLE EAST WACOL

Garda Property Group has settled the sale of its industrial development site located at 372 Progress Road, Wacol for $13.5 million.

Net sale proceeds have been applied to repay drawn variable debt facilities to approximately $213 million.
