BOX HILL SALE COMPLETION

Further to our announcement on 2 March 2023, GARDA is pleased to confirm the sale of its Box Hill office property has successfully completed.

The property sold for $40.3 million with net sale proceeds to be applied to GARDA’s debt facilities, reducing drawn debt to approximately $215 million.
