BOTANICCA 7 LEASE RENEWAL – GOLDER ASSOCIATES

GARDA Property Group ( GARDA ) and WSP Australia Pty Limited have agreed new lease documentation for 1,264m² at Botanicca 7, Richmond ( Golder Associates Lease ).

The new five-year Golder Associates Lease will commence in February 2025 following the expiry of its existing 3,155m² lease. Level 4 will be handed back by Golder Associates in February 2025.

Botanicca 7 and 9 are under an agreement for sale[1] which following the execution of the Golder Associates Lease agreement, is only subject to a finance condition that is required to be met by 22 January 2024 with settlement expected 14 days after.
