BERRINBA LEASING UPDATE

GARDA Property Group ( GARDA ) is pleased to advise that the sitting industrial tenant at Berrinba, TLC Warehouse Solutions, has extended its 2,736m² tenancy for a further two years.

The lease was extended at $160/m², representing a 22% leasing spread, and will now expire in August 2026.
