SETTLEMENT OF ARCHERFIELD SALE TRANSACTION

Further to our market update of 8 April 2021, GARDA Property Group is pleased to confirm that settlement of the Archerfield sale transaction occurred today. The sale price of $7.0 million represents a 12.9% premium to the property’s independent valuation.

Settlements of the Lytton and Varsity Lakes sale transactions are still expected to occur in May 2021, releasing an additional $23.6 million.
