SETTLEMENT OF VARSITY LAKES SALE TRANSACTION

Further to our market update of 8 April 2021, GARDA Property Group is pleased to confirm that settlement of the Varsity Lakes sale transaction has occurred. The sale price of $12.6 million represents a 5.0% premium to the property’s last independent valuation.

Settlements of the Lytton sale transaction is still expected to occur in late May 2021, releasing an additional $11.0 million.
