SETTLEMENT OF RICHLANDS ACQUISITION
GARDA Property Group is pleased to confirm that settlement of its acquisition of 56-72 Bandara Street, Richlands has occurred.
The industrial development site cost $6.8 million (plus costs) to acquire and is expected to deliver built form gross floor area of approximately 13,000 m[2] .
