Sale settlement of 747 Lytton Road, Murarrie
Further to the ASX announcement dated 24 June 2019, GARDA Capital Limited ( GARDA ) as responsible entity of GARDA Diversified Property Fund ( GDF or Fund ) has today settled on the sale of Building 2, 747 Lytton Road, Murarrie ( Murarrie ) for $17.3 million.
GARDA will allocate the net sale proceeds to assist with the Acacia Ridge and Archerfield acquisitions.
