Settlement – Botanicca Corporate Park
Further to the ASX announcement dated 10 November 2017, GARDA Capital Limited as responsible entity of GARDA Diversified Property Fund has today settled the 3,621m² land parcel located within Botanicca Corporate Park in Richmond, Melbourne.
Construction of the A-grade office building will commence soon with completion anticipated in early 2019.
