GARDA Diversified Property Fund

TRADING HALT

The securities of GARDA Diversified Property Fund (the “Fund”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Fund, pending the release of an announcement by the Fund. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 9 December 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

GARDA Diversified Property Fund Request for trading halt

GARDA Diversified Property Fund (ASX Code: GDF ) requests an immediate trading halt in GDF securities be granted by ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that:

  1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by GDF in relation to a material capital raising by way of placement;

  2. GDF wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the capital raising and the commencement of trading on 9 December 2016; and

  3. GDF is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
