GDF Update - Appointment of Company Secretary
GARDA Capital Limited (GCL or Company) as responsible entity for the GARDA Diversified Property Fund (GDF) wishes to advise GDF unitholders that it has today appointed Mr. Lachlan Davidson as Company Secretary of GCL. Mr. Davidson has been with GCL since January 2014 and will continue in his role as General Counsel for the GARDA Capital Group. Mr Davidson is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years legal experience, and has compliance, company secretarial and governance experience in the financial services industry.
The Company also announces today that Mr. Leylan Neep has resigned as Company Secretary of GCL. Mr. Neep will continue in his senior management position as Chief Financial Officer of GCL, and remains on the Board as Executive Director. The Board would like to thank Mr. Neep for his contribution to the Company through his dual roles since July 2012.
