Garda Property Group ( Garda ) advises that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Garda Holdings Limited and the general meeting of Garda Diversified Property Fund (the Meetings ) will be held at Dexus Place, Level 31, Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 on Thursday, 28 November 2024 at 11:00am (AEST). Registration will open from 10:45am (AEST).
The 2024 annual report, notice of meeting and explanatory memorandum ( Meeting Material ) are available at Garda’s website www.gardaproperty.com.au/agm
To lodge your proxy votes, securityholders should visit www.linkmarketservices.com.au. Your votes should be received by the share registry or Garda by 11:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 26 November 2024.
Securityholders are strongly encouraged to elect to receive the Meeting Material (and future communications from Garda) electronically by logging in to their portfolio on the share registry’s website at www.linkmarketservices.com.au.
Link Group is now known as MUFG Pension & Market Services. Over the coming months, Link Market Services will progressively rebrand to its new name MUFG Corporate Markets, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services.
