ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

GARDA Property Group advises that its annual general meeting ( AGM ) is scheduled for Thursday 25 November 2021.

Securityholders will be provided further details regarding the AGM in a separate notice of meeting closer to the date of the AGM.

Further to Listing Rule 3.13.1, GARDA advises that nominations for election as a director at the AGM must be received at its registered office not less than 45 business days before the meeting, being no later than Friday 24 September 2021.
