Annual General Meeting
GARDA Property Group (GARDA) advises that its annual general meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Wednesday 18 November 2020.
Securityholders will be provided further details regarding the AGM in a separate notice of meeting closer to the date of the AGM.
Further to Listing Rule 3.13.1, GARDA advises that nominations for election as a director at the AGM must be received at its registered office not less than 45 business days before the meeting, being no later than Wednesday 16 September 2020.
