COMPLETION OF CONNECTED TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO ACQUISITION OF 100% EQUITY INTEREST IN GUANGDONG HUICHUANG AND CAPITAL INCREASE IN GANFENG LIENERGY

Reference is made to the announcement of Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) dated July 30, 2021, in relation to acquisition of 100% equity interest in Guangdong Huichuang and capital increase in Ganfeng LiEnergy and the voluntary announcement of the Company dated July 30, 2021(the “ Announcement ”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that the transactions contemplated under the Equity Transfer Agreement and the Capital Increase Agreements have been completed (the “ Completion ”).
