Grant of options

Gamma Communications plc ("the Company") announces the following grant of nil cost share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company to the following Executive Directors of the Company pursuant to the Gamma Long-Term Incentive Plan established on 2 September 2014:

The above options were granted on 8 June 2015 and the exercise of the above options is subject to certain performance conditions having been met during the three year period up until 31 March 2018.
