Exercise of share options

The Company announces that the following option-holders exercised share options in the quantities shown over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence on 25 October 2022 pursuant to the Gamma Savings Related Share Option 2019 Scheme established on 13 December 2018. The exercise price was 828p.

The scheme was offered to all those who were employees on 31 January 2019. It enables the employee to save for three years and then to use the proceeds to exercise share options, such exercise needing to take place within a six-month window.
