Exercise of share options

The Company announces that Daryl Pile (Managing Director - Channel), a person discharging management responsibility, exercised share options over 3,242 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence on 27 September 2021 pursuant to the Gamma Savings Related Share Option 2018 Scheme established on 15 December 2017. The exercise price was 555.2p.

The scheme was offered to all those who were employees on 31 January 2018. It enables the employee to save for three years and then to use the proceeds to exercise share options, such exercise needing to take place within a six-month window.

In addition, Daryl Pile sold 3,242 shares of 0.25 pence on 27 September 2021 at a price of 1818p per share.
