Director / PDMR Shareholding

Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") has been informed of the following transactions:

Andrew Stone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, gained beneficial ownership of 700,601 ordinary shares in the Company at 1725p per share on 17 August 2020 from a deceased's estate subsequent to the grant of probate.

In addition, four separate discretionary trusts each gained beneficial ownership of 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1725p per share on 17 August 2020 from a deceased's estate subsequent to the grant of probate.  Andrew Stone is a trustee of each of these trusts but not a beneficiary. The trusts are deemed 'persons closely associated' to Andrew pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation.

Andrew has a resultant beneficial interest in 700,601 ordinary shares, representing 0.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
