Director/PDMR Shareholding
Prior to its 2014 flotation Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma") established a Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). Shortly after the flotation all eligible employees were given 534 ordinary shares under the SIP for zero consideration (as indicated in the Admission Document) and these were held by the SIP Trustee. Access to these shares by the employee was subject to a three year retention period and continued employment with Gamma.
This three year retention period ended on 6 November 2017; as a result the following PDMRs each have an interest in an additional 534 ordinary shares in Gamma:

His aggregate resultant shareholding in the Company is 278,188 Ordinary shares, representing 0.3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
· Robert Falconer CEO
His aggregate resultant shareholding in the Company is 3,490,609 Ordinary shares, representing 3.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
