Director's Dealings

The Company has today been informed that on 4th November 2016 Mr Andrew Belshaw, CFO of the Company, transferred 200,000 shares (for which he was and remains the only beneficial owner) from an Employee Benefit Trust into a nominee account in his name. Andrew's resultant shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 277,654 Ordinary shares, representing 0.30 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

All shares were transferred for nil consideration.
