Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma") was today informed that on 17 April 2015, Yorkshire Building Society, as trustee of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved Gamma Share Incentive Plan (the "GSIP"), acquired ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Partnership Shares") on behalf of the following Directors.
Additionally, in accordance with the terms of the GSIP, the following Directors were duly awarded one Matching Share for each Partnership Share purchased.

The GSIP is run independently by Yorkshire Building Society who have purchased the Partnership Shares and Matching Shares in the open market on behalf of employees participating in the GSIP. As potential beneficiaries, the above Directors are deemed to have a potential beneficial interest in the trust's shares.
