Block listing application

The Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 8,273,879 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The Ordinary Shares that are being reserved under this block listing application will be issued by the Company, as required, in order to satisfy the exercise of share options and vested awards pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2013 EMI Plan. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence on 19 November 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
