Gaming Realms plc (the "Company")
Adoption and grant of options under the Gaming Realms Share Option Plan
The Company has on 7 May 2025 granted awards under its employee share option plan, the Gaming Realms Share Option Plan (the "Plan"), to certain PDMRs of the Company in the form of options over the Company's ordinary shares with an exercise price of nil ("Options" and "Shares") with a vesting period of three years.
