Gaming Realms plc, the developer and licensor of mobile focused gaming content, announces that the Company has granted options ("Options") to its two Executive Directors over a total of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The options are subject to certain performance criteria and an exercise price of 10 pence. The grants can be exercised over a 3 year period, a third each year, providing the performance criteria have been achieved. The aim of these options is to align the long-term interests of the executive directors and the Company's shareholders.
