Gaming Realms plc (the "Company"), announces that it was notified by Michael Buckley, Non-Executive Chairman, that, on 25 October 2019, he purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5p each. Following this purchase, Michael Buckley has a beneficial interest in 27,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
