(GXG Markets: GMR) (the "Company") is pleased toannounce the appointments of Peter Sederowsky, Edward Rochette and BhagyeshDash as Directors with effect from December 10th, 2014.Mr. Peter U. Sederowsky is active in private equity and venture capital, andhas directorship experience in companies on the London Stock Exchange, theNasdaq/OMX Stockholm Stock Exchange, AIM (London), the NGM (Stockholm) and theToronto Venture Exchange (TSX-V). He is a director and chairman of the board ofGeoReach Ltd. In addition, he serves as an advisor to Mechel OAO - a Russiancompany listed on the NYSE with businesses in mining, steel, ferroalloy andpower - as well as to the well-known apparel manufacturer, Champion. He heldthe position of Chairman of the mining company, East Asia Minerals Corporation,and was a Director of East Asia Minerals Corporation since September 6, 2011(and was its Lead Independent Director since October 24, 2012). Mr. Sederowskyholds a master's degree from the University of California at Berkeley.Mr. Edward C. Rochette is an internationally recognized negotiator andtransaction specialist with over 35 years of experience in internationalbusiness, land management and natural resources. He is currently managing astart-up agricultural fund, with the purpose to fund natural resource relatedbusiness developments in Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines. Theinitial businesses of the fund include a coconut wood flooring business,coconut oil processing, bio-diesel, aquaculture development, naturalinsecticides and confectionary foods, and a consulting and business developmentunit.Additionally, Mr. Rochette has experience setting up initial corporate andlegal structures for new ventures, as well as assisting in the preparation oftaking companies public on international stock exchanges. He also hasexperience with negotiating joint venture agreements, the acquisition ofproperty rights, obtaining operating licenses, and setting up the structure tomanage the licenses, leases and joint venture agreements, as well as legal duediligence. Currently, he is the CEO and a Director on the Board of Directors ofEast Asia Minerals Corporation, a company listed on the TSX, and is also aboard member of several private companies working in Asia. Mr. Rochette is alsoa frequent speaker at conferences in Asia on topics including mining,agriculture development, investing in emerging markets and alternative energysources from biofuels.Mr. Bhagyesh Dash is a co-founding director at Bromius Capital, aSingapore-based natural-resource-focused advisory and investment firm. Mr. Dashhas over two decades of investment banking and corporate advisory experience inthe mining and broader natural resources sector across Asia. During 12 yearsliving in Jakarta, he advised the Government of Indonesia on the privatizationof state-owned mining companies, as well as on the divestment by internationalcompanies of stakes in leading Indonesian coal companies Kaltim Prima Coal,Adaro and Arutmin Coal.
