Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Gaming Realms is pleased to announce the appointment of Atul Bali as Non-Executive Director. Mr Bali, 43, has joined the Board with immediate effect.

Mr Bali is currently President of Real Networks' games division, overseeing a diverse group that includes direct-to-consumer online, mobile and social game development, cross platform publishing, licensing, and technology. Mr Bali was appointed to the role in April 2014.

Prior to this Mr Bali served as President & CEO of Aristocrat Technologies Inc, the Americas' division of one of the world's leading providers of games systems to regulated casinos and lotteries. Mr Bali has also been licensed in more than 200 gaming jurisdictions.

Between September 2010 and June 2012, Mr Bali was CEO of XEN Group (now Disruptive Tech Ltd), leading a portfolio of early stage businesses in social media data technology, social & mobile gaming, specialist e-commerce and lending.

In 1997, Mr Bali joined GTECH, the world's leading regulated lottery and gaming services business. He held a number of senior positions during his career at the company; including President & CEO of GTECH G2, the Group's iGaming, Sports Betting and Server Based Games division, Group Senior Vice-President for Corporate Development & Strategy and led GTECH's Global Business Development team.

Mr. Bali is a trained Chartered Accountant and worked in the UK for KPMG for four years.
