Gaming Realms plc (GMR.L), the owner and developer of Slingo games, is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution set out in the circular dated 22 February 2019, seeking shareholder approval for the proposed sale of Bear Group Limited, the licensing of the Company's real money gaming platform and the sale of the Company's residual interest in River UK Casino Limited, was duly passed.
