Result of General Meeting

Gaming Realms plc (GMR), the owner and developer of Slingo games, is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today, the special resolution to provide the Directors with authority to allot Ordinary Shares to Jackpotjoy, on a non pre-emptive basis, if Jackpotjoy elects to convert all or any part of the £3.5 million convertible loan note issued by the Company to Jackpotjoy on 14 December 2017, was duly passed.

Full details of the Resolution were set out in the circular containing the Notice of General Meeting published by the Company on 16 November 2018 (the "Circular").

Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
