Result of General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 27 June 2018, regarding the proposed transaction to sell a 70% stake in most of Gaming Realms' UK online casino B2C business to River UK Casino Limited, the Company announces that the Resolution put to Shareholders in relation to the transaction was duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today.

Full details of the Resolution were set out in the circular containing the Notice of General Meeting published by the Company on 29 June 2018 (the "Circular").

Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
