The Company was informed that today Tom Kirby, Chairman and Acting CEO of Games Workshop, acquired 2,641 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. These shares were acquired under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 340.7 pence per share.
The aggregate holding of Mr Kirby and his wife has therefore increased to 2,134,035 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.72 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
