TRADING UPDATE AND DIVIDEND

Games Workshop Group PLC announces that trading in the three months to the end of February 2022 has been in line with expectations.

The Company also announces that the Board has today declared a dividend of 70 pence per share, in line with the Company's policy of distributing truly surplus cash. Including this dividend, total dividends declared in the year so far are £2.35 per share (2020/21: £1.85). This dividend will be paid on 13 May 2022 for shareholders on the register on 1 April 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 31 March 2022. The last date for elections for the dividend reinvestment plan is 21 April 2022.

The Company intends to issue a full year trading update for the year to 29 May 2022 in June 2022.
