The company was informed today by the registrars that on 24 February 2023, Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 168 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of £92.08 per share.
