On 28 January 2022, Elaine O'Donnell, Chair of Games Workshop, acquired 357 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £77.31 per share. On the same date, Elaine O'Donnell's husband, Andrew Curwen, acquired 350 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £76.99 per share.
As a result, Ms O'Donnell and her family now have an ultimate beneficial interest of 5,800 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
